Barbara is a Process Engineer with more than 30 years experience in safety, environment & regulatory controls for major hazard facilities onshore and offshore. One of our key workshop facilitators Barbara specialises in risk assessment, LOPA and Safety Case development. Starting in the UK, Barbara has worked on projects around the World including Australia, Africa, Malaysia and elsewhere.

Craig is one of the world’s most experienced operational and strategic fire, emergency, crisis management and public safety leaders. Among Craig’s many accomplishments, he was Victoria’s first Emergency Management Commissioner, during which time he led major reform across the emergency management sector to achieve a systematic and community-centric approach.
Craig champions collaboration, community-focused outcomes, strategic leadership and change management with a focus on global future drivers, including climate change and resilience building.

His recent roles have included the mentoring and development of early career engineers.

Graham has worked within the petroleum industry for more than 30 years and is a respected petroleum engineer. Having held senior positions within the oil and gas development and production sector, his areas of expertise include general petroleum, production and reservoir engineering across a wide geographical area. He currently specialises in field development plan generation in the contract of production license applications.

Wendy has held senior positions for organisations working in Australia and North America in the offshore and onshore oil and gas industry and sugar milling. Her areas of expertise include the development, implementation and management of environmental approvals, HSE contract evaluations, and HSE management systems.

Katie has more than 15 years experience in the environmental field, with a focus on the oil and gas industry. Key areas of her expertise include the preparation of Environmental Impact Assessments and offshore/onshore environmental approvals, oil spill and emergency response planning, regulatory liaison and auditing. Katie has advised operators in the North Sea and Australia.
