Challenging the status quo they established a company without an office so the frontline focus is the customer. This ensured agile operations with the added benefit of limited overhead and streamlined decision-making.
Multi-disciplinary specialists with the ‘own it’ mindset and strong customer relationships began joining our team. This team of game-changers purposefully created the antithesis of what customers had come to expect from consultants.

Nuffield assisted our operations with a major process safety improvement initiative. At all times our team was well supported by best in class service, technical expertise and innovative solutions to address issues in a cost-effective manner.
Nuffield managed an Emergency Response Exercise focused on improving the performance of our Emergency Management Team. While the exercise was confronting, it enabled individual learning, and improved the overall capability of our leadership team to respond to a crisis in a safe environment. An excellent practice, and I would do it again.
